Our first craft beer brewed right in-house
Updated: Oct 22, 2020
It is only fitting that one of our most popular craft beers will be the first keg tapped from our new brewing system.
The vanilla cream ale (who doesn’t love vanilla!) will be pouring from our taps on Oct. 21 and is representative of a year’s worth of work to get us to the point where we can brew right in-house.
After celebrating our first year of business in July, we have been busy getting our expanded seating area finished and hard at work setting up our brewing system in the newly renovated back of house. Now that it is in place, it means we will have more beers on tap.
While we are forever grateful to Bad Tattoo Brewing in Penticton, whose space we had been using to brew our beer up until now, we are glad to be able to make beer right in our own brewery. Keep an eye out for a wider variety of styles that will be rotating on our taps more often.
We will also continue to carry local ciders and wines, and the occasional guest beer will make its way to our tap.
We thank the craft beer community and our awesome little town of Summerland for joining us regularly to grab a bite to eat, to enjoy a pint, fill your growlers and leave us awesome reviews on Google and UnTappd (yes, we do read them and are very appreciative of the support). We hope to see you in soon to check out the expanded space and to hoist a pint with us.
